Where to start
For cooking, Moringa Leaf Powder is the easiest to use: stir it into dal, dough or a smoothie. Amla Powder brings sourness to chutneys and batters. Triphala Powder is the traditional three-fruit blend, and Ashwagandha and Brahmi are best mixed into something warm or sweet to soften their earthy, bitter flavours.
