What Indiwilds collects, why, and who handles it.

Who we are

Indiwilds is a brand of Sarya Botanicals Private Limited, India. You can reach us on WhatsApp or at +91 63079 40482.

What we collect

Orders. When you send an order on WhatsApp, we receive what you write (typically your name, address, phone number and items). We use it only to confirm, pack and deliver your order and to answer your questions.
Newsletter. If you join the list, we collect your email address. It is stored with our email service provider, Brevo, which sends our emails. You can unsubscribe from any email.
Website visits. Our host, Vercel, processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site. If we turn on website analytics, we will use it only to see which pages are read and whether the WhatsApp button is used, and this page will say so.

What we do not do

We do not collect payment card details on this website. Payment is by UPI after we confirm your order on WhatsApp.

Third parties

WhatsApp (Meta), Brevo and Vercel each handle data under their own privacy policies. We share your delivery details with a courier only to deliver your order.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, message us on WhatsApp and we will respond.
