How ordering works

Indiwilds does not use a shopping cart. Choose your products on the order page and your order is written out for you and opens in WhatsApp. We reply there to confirm your items, total, delivery address and dispatch timing.

Payment

You pay by UPI, using the QR code we send you after the order is confirmed. Nothing is charged before then.

Delivery

We confirm delivery timing, charges and whether we can deliver to your pin code on WhatsApp before you pay, so you know the full cost and the likely date up front. All prices on the site are MRP in Indian rupees, inclusive of taxes.

Problems with an order

If something arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp or call +91 63079 40482 with your order details and a photo, and we will look into it and come back to you.
